It’s much faster, is considerably clearer than both and offers so much for both Twitter marketers and casual users. It has a similar setup to what Tweet Whistle has but has been simplified to a point where it could get any easier to use if they tried. There are never many updates available for Tweet Adder and that’s primarily because they never really need to update, such is the success and the perfection of the software.
The search function is the best on any Twitter software that money can buy. You simply do a search for either a Tweet keyword (a set of words that the Twitter user has submitted into one of their Tweets), set the Recency level if you need to and just search. Usually within 20 seconds, it is done and you have lots of profiles you can add to your list of people to follow and that will hopefully follow you back. You can also search by Bio keywords and location, as well as finding the people following a particular user, which are all searches that Hummingbird 2 sadly lacks. Once you have found those particular people, you simply add them to your list (you can pick and choose them too by a simple tick system), and get going with your following of them.
As well as all this you can schedule Tweets, something else that Hummingbird 2 doesn’t have right now, to start after certain hours and how long to space each Tweet out, whether it’s 3-5 minutes or 5-24 hours, it’s possible with Tweet Adder. it also has an excellent link shortener as well as the ability to upload pictures using the excellent TwitPic service. You can also send out messages to your followers when you want to. Both tweets and messages can be saved into a text document and later loaded if you want to keep hold of them for a later date too.
The automation is simple and elegant, very easy to understand whether you’re a Twitter marketing pro or a relative newbie, it’s all very easy to get your head around and get on with what matters; everything else that you could be doing while Tweet Adder does the work for you.
Overall, this review looks like something of a fan-boy article for this software, and to some extent this is true…I am a big fan of Tweet Adder and like what it’s capable of and what it can do. You could argue that it doesn’t have a Twitter feed within it like Hummingbird 2 does, but that’s not really the point with Tweet Adder.
